利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、へべれけ小町（以下「運営者」といいます）が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「URUOI」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用される皆様（以下「ユーザー」といいます）には、本規約に従って本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用・Apple標準EULA）

1. 本規約は、ユーザーと運営者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

2. 本規約に規定のない事項については、Apple Inc.が定める「Apple メディアサービス利用規約」および「標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（EULA）」が適用されるものとします。

第2条（サービス内容と免責）

1. 本アプリは、ペットの飲水量や給水記録を管理・共有するためのツールですが、獣医療行為を提供するものではありません。

2. 本アプリの記録や分析結果はあくまで目安であり、ペットの健康状態を保証するものではありません。ペットの体調不良等は、必ず獣医師の診断を受けてください。

3. 運営者は、本アプリの利用により生じた、ペットの健康被害を含むいかなる損害についても一切の責任を負いません。

第3条（有料プラン）

本アプリでは、より便利な機能を利用できる有料プラン「もっとURUOIプラン」を提供しています。

1. プランと価格

• 月額プラン: 180 円 / 月
• 年額プラン: 1,800 円 / 年
• 買い切りプラン: 8,000 円 （一括払い）

※価格は変更される場合があります。アプリ内の購入画面をご確認ください。

2. 課金について

• 購入のお支払いは、お客様のApple ID（iTunesアカウント）に請求されます。
• 買い切りプランは、一度のお支払いで無期限に有料機能をご利用いただけます。追加の請求は発生しません。

3. サブスクリプション（月額・年額）の自動更新について

• 月額・年額プランは「自動更新」となります。
• 登録期間終了の24時間前までに解約（自動更新をオフ）しない限り、プランは自動的に更新され、料金が請求されます。

4. 解約（自動更新の停止）方法

アプリの削除だけでは解約されません。以下の手順で解約を行ってください。

1. iPhoneの「設定」アプリを開く
2. 一番上の自分の名前をタップ
3. 「サブスクリプション」をタップ
4. 「URUOI」を選択し、「サブスクリプションをキャンセルする」をタップ

※買い切りプランは解約の必要はありません。

5. 機種変更時の復元

• 機種変更時には、以前購入した有料プランを無料で復元できます。アプリ内の「復元」ボタンを押してください。

第4条（家族共有機能・ベータ版）

1. 本アプリの一部機能（家族共有機能など）は、ベータ版として提供される場合があります。

2. ベータ版機能においては、通信環境やシステム状況により、データの同期遅延や不具合が発生する可能性があります。

3. 共有用IDの管理はユーザーの責任において行うものとし、第三者への漏洩等により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
3. 本アプリのサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
4. 本アプリの不具合を意図的に利用する行為
5. その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（利用規約の変更）

運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。なお、本規約の変更後、本アプリの利用を開始した場合には、当該ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第7条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application "URUOI" (hereinafter referred to as "this App") provided by Hebereke Komachi (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use this App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability & Standard EULA)

1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of this App between the User and the Operator.

2. For matters not stipulated in these Terms, the "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions" and "Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)" established by Apple Inc. shall apply.

Article 2 (Service Content and Disclaimer)

1. This App is a tool for managing and sharing pet water intake and supply records, but it does not provide veterinary medical services.

2. The records and analysis results of this App are merely guidelines and do not guarantee the health status of the pet. If your pet is unwell, please consult a veterinarian.

3. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damages, including health damage to pets, caused by the use of this App.

Article 3 (Paid Plans)

This App offers a paid plan called "URUOI Premium Plan" which allows access to more convenient features.

1. Plans and Pricing

• Monthly Plan: ¥180 / month
• Yearly Plan: ¥1,800 / year
• Lifetime Plan: ¥8,000 (One-time payment)

*Prices are subject to change. Please check the purchase screen within the app. For users outside Japan, prices will be converted to your local currency by the App Store.

2. Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes Account) at confirmation of purchase.
• The Lifetime Plan allows unlimited access to paid features with a single payment. No additional charges will occur.

3. Automatic Renewal of Subscription (Monthly/Yearly)

• Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically.
• Unless cancelled (auto-renew turned off) at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the plan will automatically renew and you will be charged.

4. Cancellation (Turning off Auto-Renewal)

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Please follow these steps to cancel:

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap "Subscriptions".
4. Select "URUOI" and tap "Cancel Subscription".

*Cancellation is not required for the Lifetime Plan.

5. Restore Purchases

• When changing devices, you can restore previously purchased paid plans for free. Please press the "Restore" button within the app.

Article 4 (Family Sharing & Beta Features)

1. Some features of this App (such as Family Sharing) may be provided as beta versions.

2. In beta features, data synchronization delays or bugs may occur depending on the communication environment or system status.

3. Users are responsible for managing their Sharing IDs. The Operator assumes no responsibility for damages caused by leakage to third parties.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this App:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal activities
3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the App's server or network
4. Acts that intentionally exploit bugs in this App
5. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms at any time without notice to the User if deemed necessary. If the User starts using this App after the change of these Terms, the User is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding this App, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court.
