へべれけ小町（以下「運営者」といいます）は、スマートフォン用アプリケーション「UpcatMemo」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
本アプリは、ユーザーの利便性向上、機能提供およびサービス改善のため、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。なお、本アプリはユーザーの氏名、住所、電話番号などの個人を直接特定する情報の入力を必須としていません。
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
本アプリの家族共有機能では、Google Firebaseが提供するFirebase AuthenticationおよびCloud Firestoreを使用します。共有機能を利用する場合、猫のプロフィール、猫アイコン画像、嘔吐記録、共有グループID、招待コード等がCloud Firestoreに保存されます。
本アプリの「家族共有機能」を利用する際、記録データはCloud Firestore上に保存されます。共有への参加は、アプリが生成する招待コードを使用して行います。招待コードを知るユーザーは、対象の共有データに参加できる場合がありますので、招待コードの管理にはご注意ください。
運営者は、通常の運用においてユーザーの記録内容を閲覧することを目的として利用しません。ただし、不具合調査、セキュリティ対応、法令対応等に必要な範囲で、保存されたデータを確認する場合があります。
本アプリに記録される猫の嘔吐情報は、ペットの健康管理を補助する記録情報です。共有機能を利用しない場合、記録は主に端末内に保存されます。共有機能を利用する場合、共有に必要な範囲でCloud Firestoreに保存されます。
本アプリは、招待QRコードの読み取りのためにカメラを使用する場合があります。また、猫のアイコン画像を設定するために写真を選択できます。選択された画像はアプリ内の表示に使用され、共有機能を利用する場合は共有先のユーザーにも表示される場合があります。
本アプリは、記録状況や家族共有に関する通知を表示するため、ユーザーの許可に基づき通知機能を使用する場合があります。
本アプリがユーザーの特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・商品的価値・正確性・有用性を有することについて、何ら保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害等について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリは獣医療の診断・治療行為を提供するものではありません。ペットの体調に関するご不安は、必ず獣医師にご相談ください。
運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本ポリシーを変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載されたときから効力を生じるものとします。

This App may collect the following information to improve user convenience, provide features, and improve service quality. This App does not require users to enter information that directly identifies them, such as names, addresses, or phone numbers.

The Family Sharing feature of this App uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore provided by Google Firebase. When using the sharing feature, cat profiles, cat icon images, vomit records, sharing group IDs, invitation codes, and related information are stored in Cloud Firestore.
When using the "Family Sharing" feature of this App, recorded data is stored in Cloud Firestore. Users join sharing by using an invitation code generated by the App. Users who know the invitation code may be able to join the relevant shared data, so please manage invitation codes carefully.
The Operator does not use users' recorded content for the purpose of viewing it during normal operation. However, the Operator may check stored data to the extent necessary for issue investigation, security response, legal compliance, or similar purposes.
Cat vomit information recorded in this App is intended as record information to support pet health management. If the sharing feature is not used, records are mainly stored on the device. If the sharing feature is used, data necessary for sharing is stored in Cloud Firestore.
This App may use the camera to scan invitation QR codes. Users may also select photos to set cat icon images. Selected images are used for display in the App and may be shown to shared users when the sharing feature is used.
This App may use notifications, based on user permission, to display alerts related to records and Family Sharing.
The Operator does not guarantee that this App fits a specific purpose of the user, or that it has the expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, or usefulness. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by the use of this App.
This App does not provide veterinary medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have concerns about your pet's health, please consult a veterinarian.
The Operator may change this Policy at any time without notice to the user if deemed necessary. The modified Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this page.
